Martin Demers 

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Martin Demers Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Demers is a proven C-level technology executive with over 20 years experience in revitalizing organizations, building corporate reputation and affecting positive growth. Mr. Demers joined FleetMind in 2007 as co-owner and became the company's CEO. Previously, Mr. Demers served as President and COO of Radialpoint, CEO of Interstar and CMO of ACE*COMM, a US-based, NASDAQ-traded Telecom software systems company. Mr. Demers has also held a number of leadership roles at Teleglobe Foxboro and CAE where he managed large scale international projects. He has been published in a number of industry magazines including Waste Advantage Magazine, Recycling Product News and RFID Journal. Mr. Demers holds a B.Sc Electrical Engineering COOP Degree from the University of Ottawa, where he graduated with honours, as well as an MBA in International Business and Finance from McGill University. He is responsible for overall corporate strategy and leadership at FleetMind.

Martin Lord
 

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Martin Lord Chief Operating Office

Mr. Lord is an entrepreneurial leader and technology executive spanning over 20 years in the software and telecommunications industries. He joined FleetMind in 2002 as COO and led the reengineering of its core fleet management and wireless enabled on-board computer product offering to secure leading North American customers in the LTL trucking and waste management verticals. In 2005, Martin led the company to complete a management buyout. Previously, Mr. Lord has served as VP Engineering and Operations at Minacom where he delivered the company's next generation Voice over IP (VoIP) Qualify of Service (QoS) management product platform, as a General Manager for Bell Canada where he led the reengineering of the company's network service assurance Operational Support Systems (OSS) and workforce management platform, and as part of R&D teams in a number of companies such as Syndesis and Memotec. He holds a B.Sc Engineering Physics Degree from Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal. Mr. Lord is responsible for product development and operations leadership at FleetMind.

Don Diego Padilla II 

Vice President, Sales, North-America

Mr Don Diego Padilla II Vice President

Mr. Padilla is a long-time business development leader with a proven track record of accomplishment in the waste and recycling industry sector. For over 25 years, he has built his expertise and understanding of the waste management sector and its fleet management issues to better address his client’s needs and help shape solutions to positively impact their businesses. Mr. Padilla joined FleetMind in 2008 as Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining FleetMind, Mr. Padilla served as the East Coast Sales Manager for RouteWare, as Regional Sales Director in several divisions of Allied Waste, and as President of an automotive financing company. At Allied, Mr. Padilla designed a new sales compensation plan and grew the company's sales team which led to significant revenue growth. Mr. Padilla studied Business Management at Brookdale College in Lincroft, NJ and obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University in Villanova, PA. Mr. Padilla is responsible for sales leadership and driving market penetration at FleetMind.

Louise Rochon 

Vice President, Finance

Ms. Louise Rochon Vice President

Ms. Rochon is a proven financial executive spanning both the public and private industry sectors. For over 25 years she has provided financial leadership and analysis to companies and clients to ensure sound financial strategies and optimal returns. Ms. Rochon joined FleetMind as Vice-President Finance in January 2008. Prior to joining FleetMind, she founded and led an investment management company, served as a senior manager at Hydro-Québec where she helped build the energy spot trading floor which generated $1 billion in its first year, and helped develop the IS/IT infrastructure plan for the company's Finance Group. She has also held financial analysis and planning positions with Samson Belair and Provigo where she worked with the president on acquisition projects. Louise holds a B.Comm in Administration as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a Finance and International Business Major from the University of Ottawa. Ms. Rochon is responsible for financial strategy and leadership at FleetMind.
