Tom Gill was previously the President of Seon, the leading provider of mobile video surveillance and fleet management solutions for buses and a member of the Safe Fleet family of companies. He joined Seon as COO in 2009 after serving as President of Signalink, a fire protection, security and medical alert devices manufacturer. Tom is a veteran of the video surveillance industry serving as COO and CFO of Silent Witness prior to their acquisition by Honeywell in 2003, and continuing on as VP, Global Marketing post-merger. Tom has an extensive background in finance, operations, and strategic management and has a reputation for building robust operational infrastructures to support industry-leading growth while maintaining an entrepreneurial culture.
Curtis has been involved in the security and surveillance industry for over 15 years in a variety of senior roles. Prior to joining Seon in 2015, he held positions as Senior Engineering Manager and Director of Research Development at Honeywell Video Systems and Silent Witness Enterprises Ltd. respectively. Prior to that Curtis held managerial roles encompassing supply chain, process engineering and manufacturing in Long Island, NY.
A waste industry fleet management veteran, Don Diego is Vice-President Sales at FleetMind, where he spearheads business and customer development activities. Previously, Don Diego was a Regional Sales Director for Allied Waste (Republic Services), the leading provider of solid waste collection, transfer, recycling and disposal services in the U.S. His industry white paper on fleet safety garnered a Network Products Guide Award in the “Best White Paper” category. Don Diego has been published in numerous industry magazines and is a frequent speaker at industry forums such as Waste Expo, Fleet Management Expo, and regional municipal waste management events (e.g., SWANA).
A senior product leader experienced in all aspects of technology product marketing and product development, Kenneth has worked at tech start-ups and established companies with thousands of employees and billions in revenue. As the Director of Product Marketing, he manages a team of product managers tasked with imagining the future of fleet management and automation solutions for the solid waste industry.
